You may have been to a tea ceremony before — maybe even a few. But planning your own is a completely different thing. The finer details, the family expectations, what comes first, who gets called when — it can feel like uncharted territory fast.
That's where I come in. I'm deeply passionate about helping couples honour their heritage with confidence, and I specialise in making the Vietnamese tea ceremony feel seamless — not stressful. Whether you're both Vietnamese, navigating a mixed-culture family, or working across North and South Vietnamese traditions, I'll help you shape a ceremony that's true to your family and right for you as a couple.
I'll help you understand the practices, liaise directly with both families, connect you with trusted vendors, and coordinate everything on the day — so you can actually be present for it.

This is where the party is at! Whether you are hosting a cocktail, Sunday lunch or a grand reception, you will need a host that is across it all; someone who will work behind the scenes to make sure everything runs seamlessly, be flexible and problem solve when hiccups occur as well as manifest the right vibe to host your event.
Being fluent in both English and Vietnamese, I can host entire events in one or both of these languages to ensure all your guests feel involved in the celebration.
- Consultation prior to event to customise the experience; run sheet workshop to personalise your event
- Live running sheet; editable from date of consult to two weeks prior to the event
- Hosting of game(s) (e.g. shoe game, drinking contest, photo marathon)
- On the day coordination of your reception/ event
- Full collaboration with vendors (inclusive but not limited to your venue manager(s), caterers, DJs and other entertainers)
- OPTIONAL: Collaboration with a third-party MC to bring in a third language
- Presented in English and/or Vietnamese

It’s not often enough that we have an opportunity to show gratitude towards our loved ones. Even more rare are the opportunities to share that appreciation for all to witness. But finding the courage to stand up is hard enough, let alone finding the right words. Not to mention, in Vietnamese. That’s where I come in. I can help you write a meaningful speech that can get that proud nod of approval or a meaningful tear or two from your parents and elders.
